Each NFT is minted with our terms and conditions that lay out the properties of the NFT. The details include the 5% royalty, payable to YOU as the owner of that NFT each time we sell that piece of furniture in real life. In addition you’ll get the .glTF file that is the basis of your digital blueprint”. You can preview this 3D model you see in the viewer on opensea.io . Once purchased you’ll be able to download and view in a 3D viewer (or import into your metaverse property if you choose). You’ll also receive the serial number and numerical data set that creates that 3D model. These serial numbers and numerical data strings will be referenced as we sell furniture in real life, so you’ll be able to confirm if any pieces of furniture we’ve sold matches your blueprint. How do I know when you sell my furniture? We’re implementing NFT’s (without royalties) as our method for issuance of Certificate of Authenticity for each furniture we create. By doing this we create a digital record stored on the blockchain of each and every piece of furniture we create and sell. These NFT’s will minted upon sale of a piece of furniture, and you’ll be able to verify at anytime to see if the serial number matches your blueprint. Is there risk associated with this NFT? We’re a new brand. We’ve built a fully technology driven platform that we think is super interesting with the potential to change the furniture market. We’re not yet mature, and there is risk that we don’t make it to the mature state. This NFT collection is way to for us to raise capital, and give you an asset that will be valuable when we make it that mature state. We’re actively selling our furniture in Geneva and elsewhere in Switzerland, we’re getting traction and we want to add some fuel to that fire. Royalties will be paid monthly to NFT owners in USDC (digital stablecoin pegged to the US dollar) to the wallet that owns the NFT at the end of each calendar month. The royalties will be paid monthly based on sales of qualifying items during that calendar month, and the payment will be made within 7 days of the end of each calendar month. The FX rate applied will be the end of month price of the underlying final sale price currency converted to USDC. For example if a qualifying item was sold for CHF 1,000 on 15th June and another at EUR 900 on 22nd June, and the end of June FX rate for CHF/USDC = 0.95 and EUR/USDC = 1.1, the royalties will be calculated as (1000 0.95) + (900 1.1) = 1,940 USDC * 5% = 97 USDC which will be paid before 7th July to the wallet that owned the NFT as at 00h00 CET...
